We’d love to see your face!
We want to gather gals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves to make this year’s PURSE BASH the BEST ever! We haven’t had a full committee since COVID-19 (2020) – so the few who carried the load are a bit tuckered out! Many hands make the work light and the event more successful!
Committee meeting dates are 5:30-6:30 PM on the following dates:
- Tuesday, July 23
- Wednesday, August 20
- Wednesday, September 18
- Saturday, September 28 (loading up vehicles with baskets)
- Sunday, September 29 – set up for the event and volunteer at the event
Meetings will be held at Treasure House Fashions (with zoom option as needed). It’s sooooooo helpful for committee members to get to know one another to make the event operate more smoothly…and bouncing ideas off one another gets the creative juices flowing!
Here’s what we need:
- Ask people you know to donate bottles of wine, bottles of cheer, or gift cards ($20 or more) for our auction baskets. Drop off donations at the shop during our regular hours (TUE-SAT 11 am-4 pm) or call to arrange for pick-up at 412-364-3256.
- Ask businesses you know to consider a meaningful sponsorship level. Click here for the SPONSOR SHEET.
- Encourage people you know to COME TO PURSE BASH – tickets go on sale on JULY 10th on our website.
- Volunteer at the event: checking registration, selling 50-50 or raffle tickets, etc.
PURSE BASH 2024 will be at The Chadwick in Wexford. The Chadwick was recently sold, much to the surprise of its employees. The Chadwick and its staff have been supporters of our mission for decades. We’re excited to celebrate one last HOORAH with them.

Founder and Executive Director of Treasure House Fashions In 2000, after navigating through a divorce and “inheriting” over $200,000… worth of debt, Sally purchased a retail store to augment her income. The rest is history and she drafted other like-minded women to walk alongside me responding to a need – tangibly “affirming the treasure” within women navigating challenging journeys.
