what could be more bonding for women than to shop and eat together? Our sponsored girls night out (gno) events offer exactly that and we ended the month of march with two sponsored gnos:

• wbn (women’s business network) sponsored a gno with small seeds development, llc.
• women of new life new look closet sponsored a gno with ladies from hearth.

the sponsoring organizations had their women volunteer as “Personal shoppers” for the agency clients – the “Personal shoppers” expressed the heart of our mission, gently assisting clothing selections, “Fussing” over the clients and affirming the worth of these women on challenging journeys! The clients were asked what they liked best about the event; some responses…

• how kind everyone was
• time to pamper myself
• personal shopper was very welcoming…Thank you.
• loving, warm environment! Selection of clothes was great!

we all forget what a gift it is to give someone – especially a woman in transition or crisis – our undivided attention, affirmation and encouragement!! That’s women helping women!
