We’ve exchanged several conversations and preliminary drawings with DRS Architects during this feasibility stage of Phase One for our renovations. It doesn’t move as quickly as we want (sigh), but it’s in process.
Permittable drawings are now underway with the hope of permits by June. This Phase will include: automated entry (and NEW entry doors. We know how tough they are to open – UGH). We’ll also address the deck and ramp, install a new overhang, and construct an ADA bathroom. An elevator is scheduled for Phase Two (finally), but everything takes time – and money.
